Developing An Effective Occupational Health And Safety Management System.

This session will give participants and understanding of the new OHS standard 45001 and give them confidence to be able to develop policies and procedures to improve workplace safety and health.
Matters discussed will include setting the organisational context, leadership and worker participation, planning the system, establish supporting and operational systems and evaluation and continual improvement.

He has significant experience with the development and implementation of long-term strategies, governance, procurement, asset and facilities management and general management systems and procedures that deliver tangible corporate benefits in the way an organisation is managed.
David is a qualified OHS auditor and has assisted many businesses and organisations to develop and implement ISO standards to obtain certification and improve overall organisational performance.
